Rachael specializes in DMK Skin Revision, Clear + Brilliant, chemical peels, Face Reality acne treatments, and microneedling. Her goal is simple: to help every client feel confident and empowered in their skin.
Payton joined Known in August 2026 and quickly became the warm, welcoming face behind our client experience. She splits her time between Known and Vibe—Tori’s sister’s salon—while also running her own social media company, BLND Social.Outside of work, Payton is newly engaged and deep in wedding planning. When she’s not coordinating timelines or content, she’s with her fiancé, iced coffee in hand, or shopping for her latest must-have find.
Lauren is a licensed esthetician with years of experience in both spa and freelance settings. After specializing in bridal and event makeup, she developed a deep understanding of how confidence and healthy skin go hand in hand.
