Are injectables painful?

We use topical numbing cream and other techniques to minimize discomfort for dermal fillers, Botox, PRP, and PDO Threads. Most clients report only mild pressure or a small pinch.

How Should I Prepare for Injectable Treatments?

To reduce bruising & swelling, follow these pre-treatment guidelines:
Avoid blood-thinning medications & supplements (Aspirin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, NSAIDs) for 1 week
Limit alcohol intake for at least 48 hours before treatment
Skip routine dental work & vaccinations within 2 weeks before & after treatment
Take Arnica supplements if you bruise easily
Eat pineapple or drink pineapple juice (contains bromelain, which helps with bruising)
If prone to cold sores, ask us about preventative medications

Who Should NOT Get Injectables?

Contraindications (Who is NOT a Candidate for Injectables):
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Immune system diseases
Coagulation or bleeding disorders
Keloid scarring tendency

How Often Should I Get PDO Threads?

PDO Threads are customized based on skin laxity and treatment goals. Most clients benefit from:
Mild to moderate lifting: Every 6-12 months
Significant lifting & collagen stimulation: Multiple sessions 4-6 weeks apart

Results improve over time as collagen rebuilds. Our experts will design a plan tailored to your needs.
